We are so grateful to the team at Hamilton Wolfe for caring for our mom the past four years! Teffanie leads a phenomenal team and is so engaged with the resident. Maddie has a heart of gold! Rachel got mom engaged with activities that gave mom a sense of purpose and mom loved you so much! Gracie, mom relied on you and you always came through! Mom was happy there and at the perfect place for her last years of life!!! We will be forever thankful!

I have lived at Brookdale Hamilton Wolfe in San Antonio Texas for exactly 1 year this month (October, 2024). Personally I am gregarious, loquacious, and extroverted. I get along with and enjoy everyone that lives here. I have also recommended Brookdale Senior living to my brother who lives in Hawaii, but will soon move to Oregon. I am an 84 year old veteran (US Navy), and I enjoy living in San Antonio.

We brought a relative from a Lubbock "Brookdale" facility that was great. Expecting the move to be a simple transfer with fees remaining the same didn't happen. Numerous fees were added the 1st month with a promise of credit the following month. Jose, the salesman either lied or went beyond his authority, which cost us $1,000's. Be very careful. They also appeared to be understaffed.

I'm here today to commend my 1 year anniversary here at Brookdale Hamilton Wolfe. I found when I moved in here that I wasn't just a resident but a member of a family! I have to say we have a really good staff that are available whenever we need them. We have daily activities to entertain and stimulate us such as bingo and trivia. We have a transportation service who will take us to our medical appointments. They are going to take us to see the Christmas lights this week. If I could recommend friends or just the general public I would recommend my home. Tell them Barry sent you!

Mom mom is suffering from dementia and the staff at Hamilton Wolfe work with her challenges in a kind and caring way. My mom seems happy and safe. She is engaged with other residents. The staff is very good at contacting me when issues arise in a timely and caring manner.

Brookdale Hamilton Wolfe has helped my mom (who is 96 and in memory care) to have the best quality of life that she has ever had! I can’t say enough about how great this place is. It’s like a big family!

They call themself Brookdale but I call them crookdale! because they want to charge my mother-in-law another 2 days because they want to get a full 30 days of rent from her before she moves out on the last day of February. February only has 28 days. How can you charge someone for additional days of a month that the month does not have. They charge for every little thing I would not be surprised that they don't charge to deliver UPS mail to your room for you if it's an oversized package and you're not able to move it yourself.
