I love how an organization named Tennessee Disability Determination services determines disability. They should actually be called Tennessee Disability Denial Services because they do not assist people with disabilities especially mental illnesses. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. They do not care about your well being since we live in a red state, which is no surprise.

Determine me not disable even though I have full record of every disability that I have . I have grade 3-4 arthritis, I had 4 major knee surgeries total 3 on the right 1 on the left. I barely can stand on my own let alone care for myself. The letter they sent was unprofessional You’re telling I can work yet it says on my medical records that my restrictions include not working and full time psychical therapy. What job am I’m going to work at? No job is going to hire me let alone let me in their job. I have a risk of endangering myself falling limited mobility and fatigue. I rather take my case back to my hometown they don’t even have all my documents listed. My caseworker doesn’t answer the phone 2 days after my surgery I had to attend a doctor for SSI risking myself and my health. These ppl don’t care and they are very unprofessional.

Their staff will hang up on you. Cuss you , scream at you. They do not give af because at end of the day probably no repercussions. Their cases sit for 6months these employees act like it’s our fault they’re low staff. Will tell you your case not dire , basically don’t give af about your case so quit calling. i called everyday because something needed to be addressed. Case examiners never calls back. Also he was requesting records from wrong place… not calling me doing his job maybe called me back. i have to talk to a supervisor over case examiner since no one could do their job. If this company actually listen to the calls would hear how they talk to people in the phone . screaming cuss the needy and disabled that’s so cute right ?

This is my first out of all these years. An I've never been disrespected ever but the date is April 15,2024 both call.today 11-11:08am I was hung up on from the first caller. The next caller was being Sarcastic very bad and an terrible call services. All crew should be fired. On today.

Really I wanted to give half of a star. My whole life has turned into a living nightmare. After waiting 5 months for a reply I was of course denied. File consideration in April 2022 and in June 2022 it was reviewed. My case remained at the field office until August 3rd. I was assigned a examiner August 3rd 2022 and by August 6th 2022 my file was sent back to DDS of Nashville. Now it awaits another examiner and today is August 22nd 2022. I keep calling every week to see if anyone cares to review my file. I been fighting for disability for over 20 years this is the 6th or 7th time filing..... when I had less medical evidence the Social security Administration would deny me fast....but now that I have truly obvious Medical evidence no one what's to review my case at all. They told me to call back in 3 weeks on the 3rd of August just to tell me on the 3rd week to call back in 3 more weeks lmao...... I've been to 9 doctor's in a years period. Now I have great medical evidence nobody wants to review my file. Going to field office to Determination center to a claims determination center out of State to back to Nashville. No one has reviewed the medical evidence because they refuse to. Social security Administration has several liars that Answer phones and they are the most rude Folks you could ever ask for help. I'm in more trouble than I thought. Word of advice don't get ill because they only look out for their own and currently have to many problems with in the SSA. I feel discriminated against. I've been degraded by 98% of their staff. If this is my last hope as a Black Man I feel I'm doomed...... meanwhile the ones who are not disabled get approved. Don't let them fool you.

Every time you call to check the status is always pending and the people are rude and don't want to help speed the process up. Not to mention that when i was told my claim was submitted someone lied and they called back a month later to let me know it was never submitted, so the process has to take longer. People don't have that kind of time to be waiting around. It baffles me how when the state has to pay you they take their time, but when you owe them they are quick to send a notice and send you to collections or send you to court. I guess when you have a job that doesn't care about people you can take as much time as you want because who cares about the person that doesn't have the option to work at this time and has to stress over getting paid to pay their bills. Must be nice!

Been trying to get a hold of my case worker for 2 months without a call back or any communication. First two weeks I called the mailbox was full. Had to call a different number to get her a message.
