My 90 yo Uncle Joseph was admitted to Sundance in June, after spending several weeks in hospital. Aided by the caring staff, he was able to recover sufficient strength to allow him to move into assisted living. Thank you Sundance folks!

I stayed at Sundance for rehab only which was excellent for T K R , during August for 16 days of rehab
Thank god I’m almost recovered from this surgery.
The positive situation was the administor William
He went out and beyond to make feel welcome . As well as Amanda, Penny
I’m sorry to say I was ready to come home
After 1 day cuz the food was always cold
The nursing staff didn’t care much about me
Cna Elaine was excellent , I felt I could talk to her about what I was going through
I so struggle with my knee , the incision
Wasn’t taken good care of , that’s why I had to leave early , cuz I became so depressed
Just crying every nite , miserable , I felt horrible
But rehab was good
But I would not recommend someone
Who is sane to stay there .
So sad to say these place was the most
Horrible , depressing, it was a nightmare
For me
I hope I never have to go back again
I just don’t have too much positive
Abt this nursing home.

I had my mom transported out of here by ambulance to the hospital yesterday. When I walked in her room she was thrashing around her bed with no diaper. I asked at the nurses station how long has this been going on? Apparently, all night and it was 10 AM. She had a UTI her meds are all messed up and looks like she has pneumonia. These folks were giving her no attention and apparently letting her die. Now you can believe employee Penny's 5 star review of this place and put your loved one here. Don't say you have not been warned.

I recently had a loved one who was in the short term rehab side. Exceptional care from therapy and nursing staff. Clara always went above and beyond to help and care for needs.

I have nothing but good to say about the facility.i was there for 3 weeks and I never smelled any unpleasant odors. Every time there was any accidents I saw them shampooing the carpet immediately. I saw the nurses helping out the CNA. I never heard say it wasn't their jobs. I was always treated with utmost respect. All the staff that took care of me were very kind. Everyone made me very comfortable and at ease.Elaine truly cares about her the residents. She made me feel like I was family. All the CNA 'S are great but Elaine just goes a step further. Truly an asset to your company.
Thanks to Kristy for taking being so attentive to my needs as well as everyone's needs. Thank you for being you. We need a lot more Kristy's for going above and beyond.
Thank you Junior for keeping me on track. Icame in barely able to walk and afraid of walking. You always have a smile and making me feel confident. I feel very lucky at how you gave me the confidence to succeed.
Diane for my OT therapist. When I'm doing my exercises I can hear you in my ear telling say 5 more. And the puzzles I did . You made my therapy enjoyable. Thank you for the personal touch.
I noticed how well the whole gym worked so well. If I ever need that level of skilled therapy I would come back to all of you.
The nurses I had were wonderful. All were professional and made me feel comfortable and as close to home you I could feel?
If I ever need Skilled Care I would definitely return to you.

This place sucks every time I wanna get back into bed because I have a sitting time restriction. They’re always in the middle of shift change. I asked one of the people what would happen if somebody coded while they were on shift change And I said oh well, too bad I guess and the individual said he or nay, not recommend it

A side CNA Sandy is extremely helpful. Always going above and beyond to help patients when needed. Dominique the med aide is extremely helpful as well and helps on the floor when needed.

Administrative staff is very helpful. Always greeted when walking thru the door. ADON Laura is very sweet and always answers any questions I have.
