The feeling afraid because your away from home because you have a loved one in the hospital and yall are in a unfamiliar area. This place made you feel safe and welcome . Mrs. Becky was amazing and so helpful during our time there. I would go back back if needed to.

We are so grateful for the Hospitality House. It has been an absolute blessing to be able to stay here during my heart transplant. The staff is so kind and helpful. And, being able to have a free shuttle service to the hospital, rehab, and pharmacy has been an added benefit that made all the difference during my recovery. 🙂 Tennessee has been good to me!

I'm thankful for Hospitality House other wise we wouldn't have found somewhere to stay cause of the cost of living is so high on the Westside of Nashville.

For Vanderbilt or centennial heart a place to stay near by if you coming from a doctor's appointment from far away or have family in those hospitals. Really a great place

Thanks for helping the families of the patients. Your doing great. My sister stayed there while her husband was very ill. $20.00 a night with two meals included was so very nice. Her husband is better but still in rehabilitation. Giving her a place to stay was so wonderful. Thanks so much.

I called to ask about availability for 3 nights because of doctors appointments. The lady at the desk explained that I need to go through a case worker at the hospital in order to be put on a waiting list. All well and good. But, when I asked her if they would have availability the dates I needed, because I didn't want to waste anyone's time if they would not have anything available, she told me to "calm down"! I wasn't upset, I wasn't irate, I wasn't being belligerent, I just didn't want to waste time going through channels to be told "I'm sorry, but we don't have anything". Amazing. You would think that people working in that type of environment would have a little patience and courtesy.

A great place for a caregiver and patient to stay while going thru radiation, chemo, stem cell, transplant or other illness. The staff was very nice. You have a full kitchen to cook in, and laundry room and the bedrooms are nice. The shuttle service with Vanderbilt is awesome. Thank you
