Staff was very nice and involved in my sister’s life. She has been taking baths and she loves being clean with fresh clothes. She is very active and doing well at this facility. I noticed that the staff works together to meet the needs of their clients.

Hi,
I made a call to Nashville Rehab Facility about my father's items left behind. I spoke with the director of housekeeping Kristy. She was very rude and unprofessional. I had never had an encounter like this one during the time my father was there. And as of today. My father items still have not been retrieved. Nor I gave I received a phone call back.

From the admissions of my loved one to now the staff has been awesome. First person I saw was Tia, great spirit & personality. I could tell she enjoys her job & loves people.
Second person I encountered was Jose', loved his bedside manner & easy going demeanor. We talked about my loved one's care & a couple of our own life & military experiences. Great person with a big heart.
Thank you all for taking such good care of my loved one.

I had a deeply troubling experience with this facility. They show a complete lack of care and professionalism, especially when it comes to the well-being of your loved ones. My urgent calls were ignored, and it was incredibly difficult to get anyone to respond when I needed answers or assistance. This facility does not prioritize the health or safety of its residents, and I felt completely disregarded as a family member. I would not trust them with the care of anyone I love. Absolutely disappointed and appalled by their level of neglect. And on top of that a worker went through my father’s banking mail, set up an electronic withdrawal without our permission and emptied out his bank account. Now nobody wants to return my calls, when you go up there in person everyone of importance is “in a meeting”.

Just checked my friend in today. As four people simple questions about the place and the answer was I don't know all four times. The walls are filthy and I do mean nasty. Trim around all the doorways has big chunks of paint missing out of it. And I don't think the floors were too clean either. Plus when I asked about her being able to go outside to a designated safe area they said it was closed because of other patients breaking the rules so innocent patients get to suffer too. When I asked when they were going to open it back up again I don't know was again the answer.

I’m impressed with the cleanliness of the facility. I was visiting a patient who had knee replacement surgery and needed rehabilitation. She was in good spirits and looking forward to leaving soon. Her impression of the staff was very positive and reflected their professionalism.

This is not the only skilled nursing facility I've been to but it is the cleanest . The staff is very attentive and friendly .

The Nurse was so kind and helpful to my Sissy. I appreciate the kindness of the front receptionist as well. This is a clean facility.
