I've had nothing but great experience going there they are extremely nice and they really care. They are very good to talk to and make you feel comfortable when I go they talk me down because I'm so nervous of getting the test.

I moved here and this place was highly recommended by so many. Within the past 8-12 months, this organization has lost its way.

- case managers do not return calls. They are uninformed, not experienced, unprofessional and make false promises then ghost you. I've gone through 3 case managers in the past year and the experience has been the same with each of them.

- case managers sleep with their clients and do not care. They also talk negatively about clients (by full name and pics) and tell their confidential medical information amd personal business to people inside and out of the organization.

I say this because I went on several dates with someone who is a case manager there. This case manager (who still works there) started telling me about their stressful day one evening. The amount of information he told me about several clients made my heart drop. What made me feel worse was that I am also a client there but didn't tell him.

If he is telling me all this inappropriate information. I stopped seeing him after that. But I'm pretty sure strangers know things about me that they shouldn't.

I’ve always had a great experience with Nashville cares. In the past year I haven’t had my phone calls returned, I’ve been strung along…there’s no sense of urgency…case management used to be so much better! I miss Maude her and I never had any issues.

They actually are supposed to help people? Could’ve fooled me! I moved back to this awful state several months ago and Nashville Cares was suggested to me. I then went through their dumb, convoluted “sign up” procedure. I needed (and still do) assistance with finding stable independent housing; all Nashville Cares could do is tell me they couldn’t do anything and make empty pie-in-the-sky promises. After that brief encounter, I have heard absolutely nothing from this useless organization. Nashville Cares? They care not at all.
