During the four years my brother lived at Mur-Ci Homes until his death in 11-14, I experienced nothing but love and professionalism for my brother from all the employees. They were professional and caring in every way toward my brother and me. He was very blessed to live there and he knew he was loved and cared for and was as happy as could be. They made sure he felt right at home as soon as he transferred there after many years at Clover Bottom due to it's impending closure. My interaction with the staff was always pleasant, from the director to the nurse, social worker, techs, and anyone else I encountered. They took my brother and other residents on so many outings and encouraged my participation in his life, even going so far as arranging to bring him across town, closer to where I live, so we could meet up nearer to my home on several occasions. They made sure I was able to attend and participate in his yearly planning meetings and frequently sent me letters and emails updating me on all his care. I knew right from the start that I made the right decision to place Don in Mur-Ci Homes and never questioned that decision for a second. The staff always had my utmost respect for consistently doing a great job in a place that has to be difficult to work at at times. Don had many difficult physical problems, which were always handled very efficiently. I felt safe in knowing that the staff was always on top of things and quickly let me know of any problems he might be having. Kudos to the staff for taking great care of Don's physical and emotional needs with great professionalism, love, and compassion! (BTW, many of the staff came and brought several residents from my brother's cottage across town to attend his funeral. Now what does that say?)

I moved my sister to Mur-Ci Homes seven or so years ago and have been glad from day one. Her cottage has a home-like feel and the staff is caring and helpful. She goes on more outings than I do and loves living at Mur-ci Homes. Their chef and his staff go out of their way to make their food tasty. Also, I was asked to join the board three years ago and I've been pleased to see how management runs the facility. They do a great job and constantly strive to make it even better. I would highly recommend any family to check out Mur-Ci Homes for their loved one.

Mur-Ci Homes is very unique in comparison to other companies that provide similar services. The persons of Mur-Ci Homes are able to reside together on a beautiful campus instead of across the county in separated homes. With 24 hour service provided by the employees, the residents are able to enjoy and experience a healthy and fun lifestyle. The interactions that I have personally witnessed between staff and residents is more like family than anything. I would highly recommend anyone looking for long term care service for individuals needing this specialized service, to schedule a visit to see just how wonderful this place is.

My Son has been a resident of MurCi Homes for over 20 years, and I could think of no better place to have him. The Supervisors and Staff are very caring and informative. He also gets quality medical care. MurCi Homes is his family and he is theirs .

I am a parent of a resident of Mur-ci Homes. My son has been there for many years and I am very happy with his care. Yes, unfortunately, there have been the rare few caregivers who were not the best but they also did not work there very long. My son is happy and very well taken care of. I am an involved parent and check on my son frequently sometimes announced and other times I just show up. I am always made to feel welcome. I am thankful daily for all the staff at Mur-ci Homes.

Gil Martin you are wrong sir, This place does an excellent job working with their residents. Yesterday they walked my grandson through his high school graduation and have been nothing but kind and supportive.

Not long ago they brought my grandson to the funeral of his mother and took care of him in every possible way.

Mr. Gil Martin, it's easy to criticize people and say negative things. I challenge you to accept my invitation for us to both serve these residents for 8 hours a day for 30 days.

A friend of mine just got married, and her son lives at Mur-Ci Homes. The employees brought her son, over an hour away, so my friends son could be at the wedding!!! They were the nicest people and really treated everyone like they had known us all for years!!! I would recommend for anyone!!

Im ashamed to say i even stayed as long as i did....met some kool people. LOVED my clients. Havent really had a problem until 3 months ago when a new manager of my cluster came about! All i will say is she is rude and does not know how to speak to people. Murci Homes itself hires any and EVERYBODY and wonder why they cannot keep staff. It is DEFINITELY not the work, its the people works there. Its very messy....They all talk and tell peoples business. I have never in my life worked for a company that is more unprofessional, careless, rude, etc. as this. I would NEVER IN MY LIFE refer nobody to work for this unorganized ass company...
