Cool, hip, and modern decor. Great front desk service. The coffee in the morning could have been stronger, but it was adequate. Ask for a room away from the club across the street. My room was spare, but the bed was comfortable. The shower was great and the bathroom was modern but functional. Overall, the room was functional, clean and modern. I would stay there again.

This hotel is so CLEAN! I was mostly impressed with that! The front desk/bar staff was hit or miss. The rooms are small but that's to be expected in a boutique hotel. The vibe is fun and across the street from an amazing restaurant, Supper Club on Belcourt, and 3 breakfast spots as soon as you walk out the door. It is a 10 min drive to Broadway.

I had a third floor room facing the parking garage. I went to bed and heard a loud generator sound. When I called the front desk they said they didn’t know what it was but would send up a crew member. Upon entering my room he opening the blinds and pointed at two large units. He said these are the cooling units for the entire building, they run 24/7 and there is nothing that can be done about the noise. He said I was welcome to change rooms. This was almost 11pm so I said I would change in the morning. Long night of no sleep. So annoying. Just don’t put people in these rooms!

Stayed here for one night in October 2024 on a very busy weekend in Nashville. Price was very high (a.k.a., absurd) relative to the room rented and what is provided. The room and furniture are spartan albeit all were clean and efficient. A no frills hotel and this location, like all Moxy hotels, adheres to that model. You pay for everything not included in the room including the parking at $30 per night, which apparently is way to further line the coffers of the owners. Would consider staying here again if the price is much more reasonable.

I stayed here for two days. This was my very first trip to Nashville and I chose this hotel as it was in walking distance to what I came to do. The front desk staff seem in a daze. Hotel room was not very clean as I saw strands of hair on the tables next to the beds. The first night I heard a noise like someone vacuuming all evening. I called the front desk and she sent a technician to my room and he said it was a generator on the roof that runs all the time and he can’t do anything about it. It was extremely annoying and I got no sleep the two days I was there. The room was also so cold at night when even I turned the heat up. I didn’t want housekeeping on my stay but I ran out of toilet paper and when I called downstairs she said there was a “stash closet” and gave me a code. Well the stash closet didn’t take a code and was open but no toilet paper. They eventually sent someone to my room with toilet paper. They also didn’t have an ice machine and told me I would have to go downstairs and they would give me a bucket of ice. I don’t know why they couldn’t bring it up to me. The neighborhood was mostly quiet and it’s plenty of restaurants in the area and I liked how clean the neighborhood was. I would not stay at this hotel again.

We love this location because it is within a block of the grilled cheese place and Pancake Pantry! Both excellent places to eat. The staff are friendly and the rooms are very nice. The bed is a little hard, but fine for 1 night. The bar is open until 2:00 and food is available until then. When you check in they give you tokens for a free drink . They have pizza, chicken wings, and tater tots. We had chicken wings and tater tots and they were very good! The wings had a lot of meat on them and both were cooked perfectly! Thanks once again!

Although the location is great, this is not your typical hotel. To start off, there is no front desk you check in at the bar. The hallways are dark and gloomy like something from Amityville Horror. I was waiting for Norman Bates to pop out. It was a real creepy feeling. The room had cobwebs in the corners, letting me know that it hadn’t been used in a while or s freshened up for a new guest. Please inquirer about the night atmosphere across the street if you’re planning to rest. The live band is outside and very loud. Depending on the day of the week you may find yourself not getting a proper nights rest. I definitely won’t be staying here again when in the Nashville area. Lastly, the young girl at the bar showed a lil favoritism . I have Ambassador status but didn’t receive the same treatment as another guest checking in right beside me.

Amazing staff, cool atmosphere, great location. Many things to do in walking area. Room was great. Be aware of thin walls leading to being able to hear people in hallway. Recommend sleep machine for bedtime and it won’t bother.
