I chose Green Hills, after my surgery to recover and receive antibiotics, because I thought it would be a nice place due to the area it is located. When my me and my daughter arrived, it looked nice from the outside and the front lobby, but as we kept walking down the hall it got worse. The nurse took me to my room and it was not clean. The person in bed A left that day and it was cleaned yet. The bathroom was unsanitary with used rags on the sink and used basins in the bathroom and very little toilet paper. Everything was dingy and smelly. It smelled horrible in the facility. The beds are very uncomfortable and outdated. The shower room was unsanitary. It was a community shower and they use it as a storage room. The food was awful. Sometimes I had to call 2 or 4 times to get my pain medicine, at night mainly. I do have to say, some of the staff were very sweet and nice and understood when I wanted to leave.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Today was my mom's birthday (Mattie Darnell) and everyone there knew her from just first name. The lady at the front desk was very helpful also. When I said my mom's name she was like "aww Ms Darnell," with a smile!

I was there only a few minutes on business. Still, the ladies at the front desk were very nice about assisting me with the sign-in process and the place smelled exceptionally clean.

This is where my mother decided to be for her health and Rehab I'm Amazed at the professionality of the staff. The receptionist, Ms. Dorita was very cordial and kind. I also spoke with the business office manager, Ms. Mitzi, as well as the nurse, Ms. Makayla and all were very kind. And the building was very clean, there was no foul odor in the building.

My brother just came here this week and my first impression so far is very good. Everyone was nice and personable. They also came in explained different things to me. They told me their positions and what they will be doing for him.

My husband was walking and talking when he went to rehab and was supposed to come home but two days before he was to be released he was getting sick.I asked the people that work there to check on him but they didn't. He had to do everything for himself.The workers doesn't care about their patients.Now I'm planning a funeral. Do not send your love one there

The facility was clean and the receptionists always greeted you with a smile and asked how are you doing? The therapist (Christina)was great once he got assigned to her, I just recommend that the nurses try to answer the call light quicker than they do, sometime it took 45 minutes to check on him with a call light on when we wasn’t there. I wished the Social Worker will come meet and talk to the family at least on the 2nd day. Didn’t meet her until I needed answer about this goals that we had for him so I had to go to her after he been there for 5 days. Mr. D was great with the food, I explained to him about things my husband eat and don’t eat and he made changes to his meal and gave me a menu so I would know ahead of time. Overall we was satisfied.

So far. So good. My uncle is in a good place. It's clean and nicely kept. The staff have been super friends and supportive he seems happy. Small closet space, but I'm looking for a pop up closet to solve that. Every time I've come in, it smells good, I love the security features in the building. I'm thankful to the staff that explained how things work to me. They have been patient and so nice. I'm praying we continue to work together for the care of my uncle. Thank you all so much.
