Had a great 12 hour shift with this facility. Staff was helpful, friendly and an amazing group of people to work with and the residents were great very welcoming and glad to see you! Will definitely be requesting more shifts if they have the need. Keep doing what you do y’all are pretty awesome! And thank you for allowing me to care for your residents, Creekside(:

My wife came here 2 days ago and she has a couple of complaints. #1. The food is always cold. It took them 6 meals to get the correct food she could eat. #2 They bring medicine in for, she simply ask a question "what am I taking ?" The women goes into this nonsense of telling her she has 30 people to administer medicine to "I don't know what you have"!! Hey if the people don't want to be courteous and answer a simple question tell them to find another job!! I sure don't want to hear this again, and definitely no more cold food!!

We went to visit my daddy today. The building is very clean, and smells great! The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. On the way to daddy's room, people kept smiling and asking if we needed any help. We met Linda from Dietary and Dee from Physical Therapy, and both ladies were very nice and sweet. Overall I'm very impressed with the staff at Creekside!

I came to visit my friend the young lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. And as l was walking in the hallway l saw this big smile ? l us to work with her great nurse.Andon walking in the hallway the residents looked happy this is a good place and clean.This is a good place because if you have great staff then that makes all the difference. I saw two more friends a nurse and a tech and I know that they take very good care of their residents. My friend said everybody was nice, her room was clean, it's good to walk in a place and it makes you feel like sunshine.

I truly enjoy working with every level of the staff here. The residents are a blessing to take care of. I put my heart into my work an it shows through my residents smiles & thank you’s I receive. The resident ratio is always treated fairly & the facility is always clean.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONE HERE!
My poor dad went 8 days with no shower, I found him multiple days laying in soiled bottom and TOP sheets, they took him off of his dementia meds without his doctors authorization, the list is ENDLESS! The sad thing is we did our homework and thought this place had good ratings. We have removed him from this facility.

The staff was great all the way down to housekeeping .Everybody was polite, considerate, and accommodating.
It’s not a new facility but is kept up well and very clean. there is a beautiful courtyard that you can enjoy if it’s not raining of course.? The food was pretty good not so much like hospital food. I would recommend this place if you needed to have physical therapy In a facility. You can tell them, Jane sent you!

The employees are very nice and helpful. The property is well kept. It is a safe place for patients to recover from surgery and other illness and get back on their feet and back home.
