Rooms are clean, and location is convenient for our purposes. I bought breakfast at the lounge for three days and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The staff on duty today was particularly cheerful and help put a great start to an otherwise hectic holiday weekend.

Employees were real nice. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms were a nice size. Enjoyed the desk to finish up my work. It had a fridge and microwave. The food was pretty good and starbucks coffee started out my day. The rooftop pool was nice and a great view. It was located right next to my work so it was so easy to walk over. Parking was good.

Our first time in Nashville, we couldn’t have picked a more perfect hotel. It’s in a quiet neighbor with everything you need in close proximity. It’s literally walking distance to Green Hills Mall. It’s also close enough to downtown to avoid the chaos. It was a wonderful experience. I also want to note that the complimentary parking is on the street. That was done with no issues (if you want to avoid $30 per night)

My wife and I stayed at this hotel a week ago. The experience was nothing short of terrible. They had been doing maintenance on the swimming pool apparently earlier in the day. The noises in the walls, ceiling, etc. were so loud we couldn’t sleep at all. We eventually got up in the middle of the night and drove five hours home.
When Hotels.com called and spoke to the manager, he refused to give us a refund.
I will NEVER stay in a Marriott hotel ever again. Poor hotel and even poorer service from the management team. I would be ashamed if I just told a customer sorry no refund and hungup the phone. How pathetic! I hope many people read this post and stay anywhere else other than here.

Made a call to the hotel to confirm a reservation. Spoke with Chloe what a great person with her customer service!! 5 stars, wonderful phone voice, great greeting and above and beyond helpful. Upon arrive she acknowledged our speaking over the phone. And, our request met.
She is a great front desk staff.

The experience at this hotel was just average, with nothing exceptional. When we checked in mid-afternoon, many of the tables in the lobby were dirty. The room was nice enough but had stains on the carpet. There was no hot water available in the late afternoon for a shower. We were in a room that had an adjoining door to another room and we could clearly hear every word, every cough, and every sound coming from that room. There was a noticible gap under the door to the adjoining room. The $30 charge/day for self parking was not appreciated. The Starbucks in the lobby does a fine job, but by the time you add in the parking and breakfast costs (no complementary breakfast), there are other hotel options in the immediate area to consider that may be a better value.

Meh. Average and adequate. No niceties you expect at that price point — breakfast not included, no lotion in the bathroom, parking costs $30/night.

We called the night before our departure to ask if we could check out an hour later; they said to ask in the morning, which we did. The front desk clerk said we could stay until 1pm, but shortly after 11am housekeeping knocked on our door to ask when we were checking out. As we had requested the extension so we could sleep in after a long night with our sick dog, this was somewhat annoying.

I wouldn’t stay here again, given all the other options in the area.

I was so happy to have chosen Courtyard by Marriot on Bedford Ave for my stay in Green Hills. I had an early appointment the next morning and it was so nice not having to worry about fighting traffic. The staff were very friendly, even the engineer that I had a nice conversation with! So helpful..thanks Mitchell! The location can't be beat right next to the Green Hills Mall and so many great restaurants. I shopped, I ate and I visited Trader Joe's and Krogers that we don't have where I live in Florida! So fun. I highly advise staying in the Green Hills location than downtown ANY day because there are so many more choices for shopping and eating. Really enjoyed my stay and I had lived in Nashville the past 23 years and just moved to Florida. This stay really made me miss being there. Oh I will mention the rooms were so nice, clean and the bed was very comfortable. This area is a side street type of location so it was so quiet. You will sleep very sound! I will definitely choose this for my go to place to stay when in Nashville!
