We rolled into Brentwood looking for a deal. I used to stay at the Courtyard in Syracuse years ago and I was always pleased with it & it was considerably cheaper than the place we (me & my wife) normally stay, so we decided to give it a try. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean so we can dispense with that part. No complimentary coffee, cookies that we have become accustomed to. Nothing better than returning from a good meal and grabbing a cup of Jo and an oatmeal cookie. Getting up the next morning and not having a complimaentary breakfast is something when youve grown accustom to it. The long and short of it is this. Ya get what ya pay for. I will never take my wife back there. I will spend the extra bucks to make my wife happy and comfortable. Im OK with it if I'm traveling by myself and /or for business and the company is footing the bill. Just dont take your family there because they are cheaper than the place down the road.

I had a fantastic stay at the Courtyard Nashville Brentwood. The hotel provides a safe environment, perfect for both solo travelers and families. The staff are friendly and incredibly helpful, always ready to assist with any needs. One of the best features is its prime location – close to the airport and various business hubs, making it ideal for business trips.

Surrounded by numerous restaurants and stores, the hotel offers plenty of dining options within walking distance. Additionally, there's a convenient restaurant right on-site. While the hotel is on the smaller side compared to other Courtyard properties, this only adds to its charm, offering a more personalized and comfortable experience during business stays. Highly recommend it for anyone traveling on business.

A very sweet lady named Saundra (I believe that was her name) who works at the front desk was extremely kind and accommodating and made our over all experience better! The workers here are so kind and it is very clean, good location, and overall a nice place to stay!

The Hiring manager Tykia was very unprepared, unprofessional, wanted me to return for an interview that she knew she wasn’t going to hire me for. My appearance obivously intimated her which is horrible I felt as if I was discriminated against from the very beginning and not given a fair chance. I will be reporting her to Marriott international for discrimination, unprofessionalism. She even had someone else interview me after having me wait for 1hour she left after she handed me over like a trash bag. And didn’t even give me the full chance that I deserved.

As a Bonvoy Marriott card holder, needed a hotel nearby Lipscomb university for soccer camp. Hotel is a tad outdated needing repairs. Fitness room is pathetic nothing like photos in advertisements. While my son was in camp hoping to use facilities, extremely hot/humid in the room poor ventilation with old rusty and dirty equipment and damaged furniture. Our hotel room had a used wound bandage stuck to carpet. And one of our pillows had mascara smudge on it. I flagged housekeeping to clean our room and notified the front desk that our room didn’t appear vacuumed. Not impressed. Parking lots seemed in need of concrete repairs- landscaping had dead shrubs throughout property. The hotel front desk staff were extremely nice and helpful though. Just not what I expected from Marriott in Brentwood upscale area of TN.

Facility is old, walking in the hallway carpet and looking at the amenities and old wooden doors make you feel like a motel vs a $200 per night hotel in Brentwood. Luxury room with courtyard room is half the size of a normal room you would expect from Hilton suites or Springhill, and nothing close to luxury at all, even the basic are barely there. TV on the side of the bed (not any angle suitable for you to watch TV in sofa or in bed) even though I don't use them.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Within in 5 minutes of checking into my room with my 1yr old son..a cockroach was crawling on the floor and he grabbed it. I was mortified…there was a lack of empathy from the front desk. Felt they really didn’t care much. I asked for a refund which they told me they couldn’t give me but offered a couple snacks instead. I left because I couldn’t sleep the night because I know questioned if there were bed bugs. I used to be a flight attendant and have stayed in MANY MANY hotels and I have NEVER had this experience before, not even at a motel…

We stayed here over the weekend and so enjoyed our time! Upon arrival our front desk encounter was warm and inviting. Sonya is truly a pleasure to work with. She greeted us kindly, checked us in right away and had plenty of suggestions for local restaurants to try! The rooms were immaculate and spacious. The Bistro Ladies were also gems! They prepared our morning coffees with a smile and asked about our stay. You can tell the staff here truly cares and that’s so refreshing after such a long drive from home! Thanks a billion ladies! I appreciate all the time and effort you put into making us feel at home while we were there!
