The staff are kind and patient. The facility is always clean with diligent house keepers. This goes for both residence and common areas. The food is consistently great. The head chef has monthly meetings with residents to take suggestions. The menu has plenty of options for diabetics and alternatives for consideration of food allergies. I wished there had been such a facility available to my father or grandmother.

Clover land Park is a beautiful community in a lovely setting. We were happy and impressed with the amenities and standard of care provided in their Memory Care for our loved one.
We found staff members at every level to be cheerful and engaged.
Sharon Ricketts, Senior Lifestyle Coordinator, provided an immediate response to our needs, addressed our concerns and answered our questions
with knowledge and compassion.
Sharon and other staff members communicated with our healthcare providers coordinating a smooth and welcoming transition for our family member.

I was hired as a photographer to do pictures with Santa in December. I got to meet the staff and the director and they were incredibly nice people. The whole experience was fantastic. I was super impressed with the entire facility from the rooms for the residents to the kitchen and recreation areas. the entire building is beautifully decorated, clean, and very well appointed with ever need anyone could possibly have.

People are being neglected. Some patients are staying wet in their on urine for 8 to 12 hours. Some caregivers are lazy, and neglect the sick and vulnerable. Management does nothing. Time to report them.
