I moved my mom into the independent living at Clarendale at Bellevue Place. It has been a wonderful experience from the start. Jordan has been an absolute Godsend in this process. We had a lot of challenges and he walked us through everything. The staff are friendly and professional and so compassionate. Mom is getting settled and happy to have her own place again. I cannot say enough good things about Clarendale.

My father just moved into Clarendale Bellevue and we are all very happy! This is a beautiful facility with wonderful staff, which of course makes all the difference. I am especially grateful to Cindy Clark, Marketing and Sales Director, who helped us through the process every step of the way. She truly cares about my Dad and I sleep easier at night knowing he is in great hands. Cindy and her amazing sales staff Blake and Jordan have gone above and beyond, making sure that every aspect was smooth and stress free. It is this sort of personal attention and professionalism that takes a retirement community to the next level. I am so thankful for you all!

After researching and touring many senior living options in the Nashville area, my mom picked Clarendale at Bellevue Place for her new home. It was a big move, from living in Illinois for 76 years and in her last home for 46 of those years. The move was handled so well by everyone at Clarendale, especially Jordan and Blake.

The staff are so friendly and kind. The atmosphere is light, clean and fresh. Mom's one bedroom apartment was perfect at move in. She loves the food and amenities. She is very happy there.

We are very happy with the Clarendale at Bellevue Place. My Mom has been living there for about three weeks and they have made the transition as smooth as possible. My Mom has a very comfortable apartment and great support from a friendly staff.

I moved into Clarendale Bellevue Place on Wednesday, October 30th, 2024. When I arrived I was greeted warmly by the staff at the front desk, and was directed to my apartment.

Upon opening the door to my apartment I was amazed at how my movers had placed everything as to where it should be, including a large mirror, and pictures on the walls.

Since moving in I am adjusting to my new living place. Everyone is helpful here, but there was some conflicting problems for a couple of weeks about my laundry and housekeeping services, but yesterday, 11-13-24, that was all resolved.
I`m still learning what all services are available here, and there many. As of now I am happy with what all is available here for me to participate in.

We did extensive research on senior living for my parents. The Clarendale at Bellevue Place stood out for our family. The process of touring to moving in has been very positive and smooth. The Clarendale staff has been very welcoming and accommodating. Special thanks to Jordan for his responsiveness.

This establishment, while aesthetically pleasing, is just as abhorrent as all the rest. They siphon their money to the non-working board and investors and pay employees nothing. And because they pay employees nothing, the employees have little to no pride or care in their work. We visited my MIL and found the medicine room door (next to memory care) not only unlocked but OPEN for the entire time we were there. We threw away a red solo cup of alcohol in my MIL room (she is non verbal so why/ how could she even ask for a drink not to mention she is not nor has she ever been a drinker). Items went missing, poop stained clothing that didn’t belong to her was put on her 3 days in a row…and these are things we noticed within the first month of their time there. We visit everyday, I can’t imagine the neglect and mistreatment happening to those that have no one to visit them in a consistent manner. It is a sin that these places are allowed to continue to exist and charge as much money as they do. The money goes to the unskilled “owners” and everyone that makes their living and life at the facilities are there to be exploited. Absolutely shameful. I would venture to guess the people posting positive reviews are not actually spending very much time at the facility, nor are they visiting often. When you visit daily, you become acutely aware of how things function. I urge everyone to pay attention if your loved one is in this facility.

After their home of 40 years they became too much to take care of, my parents moved into a two bedroom two bathroom apartment at the Clarendale in Bellevue. The property is beautiful, and their corner apartment feels like a place at the beach. Lots of windows and light, light colors. The property is impeccably maintained, the lobby feels like a hotel. They are in the independent living section, and have a full kitchen, Their dinners are included with their monthly rent, so most nights, they eat in the dining room. I would say that the food has been somewhat disappointing, but I can’t imagine how difficult it is to try to please everyone’s tastes. Maintenance and management are responsive, activities are plentiful and engaging, and the knowledge that memory care is available under the same roof is very comforting. The location in Bellevue is convenient to restaurants, shopping, and activities.
