We have absolutely loved our experience with Bethany Christian Services! We have adopted through Bethany multiple times, and we've had a great experience each time around. Our caseworkers have been easy to communicate with and get in touch with, and they have always been there to respond to questions we've had during the adoption process. They have also helped us with questions we've had post adoption. I am thankful for the ongoing support and classes they offer for adoptive families, as well as the ministry and support they offer to Birthmothers. We've had a great experience working with Bethany Christian Services and would highly recommend them to anyone who is seeking to adopt!

We absolutely love the staff at Bethany Christian Services. They have walked alongside as we adopted both of our beautiful daughters. Everyone we have come in contact with has been so helpful. The counselors there are so well-trained and you can tell they really love what they do. It shows in how fantastic they are at their jobs as they work with both adoptive parents and expectant mothers. Most importantly for us us they are Christ centered and want to minister, serve, and love on all of the families they come in contact with on a daily basis. We are now pursuing our third adoption and wouldn't want to do it with anyone else but the staff at the Bethany office in Nashville.

Bethany Christian has been very helpful and flexible in working with us to adopt our son. They were willing to change our adoption to an independent one after finishing our home study and are helping us work with another state's social services department to meet their requirements and complete our post placement visits. We very much appreciate all the help they have given us through this process and how responsive and communicative staff are whenever we have questions.

We worked with the Nashville Bethany Office for our first adoption & had a great experience. They take time to walk you through every step of the process, they offer counseling for birth parents (pre & post placement), they also work hard to connect adopting families throughout Middle Tennessee who serve as a support network for adoptive families. We could not recommend them high enough for domestic or international adoption through an agency.

During everything that happened Bethany was all pretty good. But I have had to change my address multiple times for the same address which they claimed they changed and it never ended up happening. Now my ex husband who is the birth father of our child (who never wanted anything to do with the baby in the first place) receives the pictures and flaunts them over me. If information could be updated the first time this rating would have 5 stars, no problem. But since I have called about it on multiple occasions and it was never fixed I cannot give a good rating on that part. Other than that, I've had no issues. But I would like to see pictures of the child I'm trying to keep up with. Having the ability to keep up with the child is a big step that is kind of required.
