Bethany has been a God-send. We appreciate every member of staff doing their best to care for their charges. My 99 year old mother was recently sent there for rehab after surgery. They took such good care of her that she sprang back from surgery. She is now in the skilled nursing facility at Bethany and I am so grateful for staff helping us to navigate the transition. Would recommend anytime.

My sister is currently a patient at Bethany center and I just wanted to brag on a few of the exceptional staff members. All the staff have been great from office staff , nurses to housekeeping but a few staff stick out-

Nurse Kevin-is so caring, friendly, Encouraging, Empathetic and has great detail to his care.

Tiffany- housekeeper. Always the friendliest. She not only cleans the rooms but brightens the room with her smile and her friendliness.

Tony- great nurse. Always helpful.

Markitta- always keeping us updated and providing us updates on my sister’s care. Always willing to help! The best!

I am profoundly grateful for the exceptional care my sister received at Bethany Center for Rehabilitation following her hemorrhagic stroke, which left her completely paralyzed on her right side. The support and dedication of the entire staff turned what could have been a devastating experience into one filled with hope and healing.

Christen Robinson, the head nurse, was the glue that held everything together. She responded promptly to my texts and calls, providing a lifeline during a time of uncertainty. Christen went above and beyond by videotaping my sister's milestones and cheering her on, capturing moments that we will cherish forever. She listened patiently as I expressed my fears of losing my sister, offering comfort and reassurance that made all the difference.

JoLynn from social services was a true advocate for my sister. She listened to my pleas and worked diligently to ensure my sister’s safety and well-being throughout her recovery process. Her compassion and understanding were evident in every interaction, providing me with a sense of relief during such a challenging time.

Jody in the billing department was incredibly helpful, guiding us through the paperwork and transfers with kindness and patience. Navigating the logistics can be overwhelming, but Jody made it so much easier for our family.

Nurse Kevin was wonderful, providing attentive care and a calming presence. His dedication to my sister’s recovery was evident in every interaction, and his expertise made us feel confident in her treatment.

Nadia, the occupational therapist, was remarkable. She pushed my sister to her limits, encouraging her to strive for progress. Thanks to Nadia’s relentless support and encouragement, my sister went from being paralyzed to walking again, a transformation that seemed impossible at first.

Tia, the unit clerk, was always friendly and helpful, contributing to the warm atmosphere of the facility. And Tiffany, the housekeeper, treated my sister like her best friend, brightening her days with kindness and conversation that made her feel valued and cared for.

Overall, the entire team at Bethany Center for Rehabilitation played a crucial role in my sister's recovery, and I cannot thank them enough. Their compassion, dedication, and expertise not only helped my sister regain her strength but also provided our family with hope during a difficult time. I wholeheartedly recommend Bethany Center to anyone in need of rehabilitation services. My dad has been at the Bethany Center for a little over a week and hopefully goes home this next week (couldn't be soon enough). The patients do not get checked on but about once a day, which means they are laying in the urine and bowel movements all day. No baths unless you request. Food not brought at decent times. My dad didn't get a lunch at all one day and dinner came at 8pm another. If we hadn't been there to say something he may not have ever gotten it. We've complained multiple times and the excuse is short staffed. I can understand that but if short staffed don't bring anymore patients in, it isn't fair to them. The patients should be treated as if they are their relatives and not like they are a burden.

The team at Bethany Center has been fantastic to my Mom, Lana!! Special shout out to Kristin who has been so caring to me and my Mom since I'm far away and in another state. She has gone out of her way to keep me informed and has been so responsive when I call to check on her. She is a godsend!! Another special special lady is NaCosha. She has been wonderful to me and my Mom with her exceptional care and bright personality. An angel 🙂 Thank you both so much!! and to all the nurses who i know put so much into the daily care--Aishat, Cat and Nancy!!! thank you all for everything. A+ across the board for this team.

I was greeted by the receptionist and had a friendly exchange. She directed me to my friend’s room. The rooms were clean and the floors looked awesome.

I would not even give a star.please don’t put your parents your animals there, these people lazy ,lie also your love one will tell you how they are.I don’t know how many time gone in visit my love one there smell, clothes , I went many time ask head nurse come in smell look them.I stayed went shower watch get bath,clean clothes on I also believe in my heart they have time frame how long they stay till something happens then you’ll lose your love one.Please don’t call go there you will lose your love ones.

I visited a sweet friend today. The place was very clean. There were more than one employee in the room more than once while I was there. I was told the food was great. I was pleased.
