Jake and his fellow guides provide an opportunity to experience actual Krampuslauf traditions that you will never get watching sponsored Krampus events. His experience and joy of sharing all things Krampus is infectious. The two night Krampus tour was perfect— the small group kept things personal. You were never just following a leader with a flag. There was ample free time to explore and group activities when the Krampus weren’t about. Plus he knew where to be when and the people to create the best possible time for us all.

Jake is an amazing tour guide, and just a stand up guy. He went above and beyond to see make sure my kids had a great time. I would highly recommend his tours. We booked the Linderhof Palace full day tour as a family of 4. I have 2 school aged children and Jake really brought the sites to life by adding historical context and stories along the way. He also added in some fun in the form of alpine slides, even showing us an additional slide at an unplanned stop and delighting my children, who declared this was their favorite day of our 2 week trip! Jake is a font of information and so kind- book him!

This is a great tour company! I did a few tours with Jake while in Garmisch, and it was awesome! He knows the community and its history in detail, and he's very animated in his style. He's also a great storyteller and makes the walking parts of each tour just so enjoyable.

He can also recommend to you the best of anything in Garmisch, and it's probably because everyone knows him. You can tell he loves his job, and the community loves him too.

Jake and his team are amazing. We went with a full package from All Things Garmisch for Oktoberfest and don't regret it at all. Lodging was amazing, the care and guidance from him and his staff was exceptional, planned activities were loads of fun. We saw lots of Munich, Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Neuschwanstein Castle, and of course several trips to the fest itself. The history lessons were very engaging, Jake is a neverending font of historic knowledge.
We are already planning our next venture with them!
