If I could give a negative review I would. I placed my refill order 5 days in advance and it still says processing. I have one dose of medication left! Then when I said I wanted to do the survey at the end, the person said hold on and then hung up on me. The customer service is HORRIBLE! I have only had issues with them from the beginning. I have had issues with accredo not using the savings card I have on file and billing me for the full amount of the medication. I had to call them 5 times before they got this right.

Accredo pharmacy exists so health insurance companies can claim they are legally providing benefits for those they insure, while not actually doing so.

Accredo's main goal is to make getting prescriptions filled as difficult as possible, making doctors and patients call in multiple times constantly requesting new prescriptions and verifying details. It is all done to delay filling the prescriptions in hope that patients give up, or go to another pharmacy and pay out of pocket.

Accredo pharmacy exemplifies what is wrong with our healthcare system.

Flaming dumpster fire would be more accurate to describe this mail order pharmacy. I have been working with them for one month and 4 days. Still don’t have my medicine. I get transferred every time. The first person I talk to never knows what’s going on. I am required by my insurance to use them. Last time I had to use them it took over a month to get my medicine. I’m sure it’s not the employees fault, they are all pleasant but the processes need to be improved.

If I could give this company a Zero I would. What a JOKE! I have been trying since January to get a refill. Every conversation was different and on hold for eternity. Then they tell you 3 days before your medication is due your insurance won't pay after you gave them new information 3 months ago. I am furious. They really don't understand how it affects our bodies when we miss dosages.

I’ve had to be on multiple specialty medications and of course my insurance makes me use Accredo. They are the worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with and I’ve dealt with many. You will wait on hold for long periods of time. Rarely do you get your reason for calling answered in the first phone call. They wait until you call them to even try to get a new medication going. Just awful!! If you can help it go through a different pharmacy!

I would have to give ZERO STARS to accurately rate this place. They’ve had my prescription for over 3 weeks & it’s STILL pending “pharmacist approval” I call (and call, and CALL ..) to be told it’s rejected by my insurance even though my doctors office has provided the approval. I just NEED someone to get off their butt & send my medicine!!

This company has been nothing but a massive headache ever since whoever they paid off at our insurance company has made us use them. Have had to reschedule appointments because they don't ship prescribed meds, the call center is definitely not in this country or they don't hire English speaking reps and that's just the short list. Run as far as you can from this company.

As I write this review, I am on my fifth phone call to get my medication filled! My doctor has called in the Rx 5 days ago. Pharmacist has not released it yet to be filled. Most disheartening treatment of patients who needs urgent meds. What a clueless organization!
