Do not trust this company just run for the hills and take your elderly family members! three different times my 80 yr old mom asked them what the call was about I heard "we want to discuss some of the benefits available to you with your plan"as if they represent my mom's insurance company which they do not!. What they want is for for you to assign your benefits to them which it states buried in the massive packet of garbage they want you to sign so each time they call, try to visit or set up tele health they can charge your insurance!
Basically "provider groups" "PARTNER WITH" ie sign up with them to make money only they do not coordinate care they harass, scare and want money!

Monogram has been calling me, and calling me, and calling me. Maybe a dozen times or more during the past several years. For the first half dozen times I told them not interested and please remove me from their phone list. I have asked for a supervisor several times and I hear someone will call you. Never a call to stop this insanity just calls to come to my home so they can make money. I know money is what makes the world go around but please there should be a way to stop these calls!!!
Edit: I called the Nashville headquarters of Monogram. They "removed" me from any further communications. Time will tell. Nope, months later they are still calling.

This outfit is total bullshit. They've been calling me for a year, even after I told them to stop. They are basically salesmen for Aetna/CVS- trying to harass Aetna policy holders to make purchases at CVS.
I let them make an appointment once. After they gave me the name of the "home nurse" that would visit, I looked her up. She had NO medical credentials and was employed by my local county psych office. If I'd let her come, I would've been locked-up. Anyone who does business with the corrupt psych system CANNOT be trusted!
Since Aetna continues to allow harassing calls from Monogram & Signify, I'm changing insurance company.

I cannot say enough positive things about Sandra, the registered nurse from Monogram Health who came to help my family. From the moment she arrived, Sandra was professional, friendly, kind, and patient. Her warm personality instantly put us at ease and made us feel comfortable having her in our home.

Looks to me that the only high reviews are from people that work there. Most of the one stars are from patients. That says a lot to me. They won't stop calling though many many times I've told them that I am not interested

I have been working as an RN/ Case Manager at Monogram for a little over 6 months and I really love my job. I work with a wonderful team of people and I do believe that we make a difference in our Members lives. I love working from home twice a week and the other three days visiting members in their homes. The pay is decent and they reimburse for mileage and your cell phone monthly. Management seems very enthusiastic and engaged. With every newish company, there are kinks to work out but overall I have been very happy here!!

Horrible, horrible company. Very pushy. Calls all the time. I have told them to stop but they don't. Might as well be telemarketers. I even threatened them with harassment charges. Don't care. Keeps calling.

I am so glad I made the decision to join Monogram Health. I was truly surprised when I woke up to find a special Birthday Greeting from Senior Leadership.
As a fairly new company, Monogram Health still has room for growth, but it's the little things, like reaching out to acknowledge someone on their birthday that can make a significant impact. It makes you feel like an actual valued member of an amazing team.
