I can’t say enough good things about my loan officer Mikayla R and Ascend Federal credit union. I just moved to the area and needed a new banking partner but I wanted more than just a “bank”! I’ve been working on rebuilding my credit for about 4 years but I was stuck and my credit wasn’t moving. I went in to Ascend and luckily Mikayla was the lady who helped me. I explained what I wanted and needed from a credit union. I need some where I can go to get financial advise, and a place that is willing to help me get in a position to buy a new home, car, or even eventually start a business. Ascend absolutely rose to the occasion. Within a week we paid the majority of my credit cards off with a personal loan and Mikayla made the process fast and easy. I feel as if I was sent an angel because I’m finally getting to the point I’ve been working so hard to get to. If you’re like me and need financial partner Ascend Federal Credit Union is the place to be and Miss Mikayla is the lady to see!

I can say that I have been banking with ascend for over 5 years… My banker Lawrence Clark is an amazing guy.. I can say he make banking look easy and fun… I truly recommend this brand to ANYONE who needs some to trust with their money… Please keep up the great work!!!!!

This bank is okay. I have had a decent relationship with them. I made a past mistake with letting my account be overdrawn. They reached out to me and gave me another chance.
I have recently done better and my banking relationship as been better with Ascend Credit Union recently.
The only thing that most customers complain about is going to the computer teller and using the phone to make transactions. I have gotten used to it and it doesn’t bother that much.

I've been an Ascend member for 7 years. When I first joined the service I received by Corporate was underwhelming. It's gradually improved overall but not til today have I truly been grateful to be a member. I went by the Charlotte Pike branch today for a minor transaction Mikayla initially took care of me and she was great, friendly, funny and quickly took care of me. I then had one other minor question and after looking at my account Lawrence made a suggestion that ended up earning me thousands in interest without any major changes to my accounts! Thanks Lawrence!!! I now have a totally new (and improved) impression of Ascend service. They do have great rates (what initially brought me to Ascend) but I highly recommend exploring options at the Charlotte Pike branch.
