Don’t stay here!! Very unkind manager!! I had a highly unexpected need to cancel my reservation that I had booked through a 3rd party. It is up to the hotel to allow for a refund through the 3rd party. I spoke with the male manager of the hotel and he was completely unempathetic and actually rude. I had stayed her many other times and been fine with the regular hotel workers. I come to this area often, but I’ll never stay here again!! I do NOT recommend this Hilton.

We stayed 2 nights. The suite is well equipped and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast is nice with a good variety of choices. The staff are friendly and helpful. If you’re there on a Wednesday the evening social is very good - soup, salad, garlic bread and beer.|We had a problem with our toilet not flushing (room 346) This was dealt with promptly, but it didn’t flush properly every time.|The location is good - it’s very quiet with a good grocery store nearby.

The front desk staff and the housekeeping staff went above and beyond giving excellent customer service. Shout out to Adrian for understanding my coffee needs. The hotel is in a good location. Not a heavy traffic area but very close to restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping. We will definitely use this hotel for future visits.

Didn't stay here, but it's in a good location, in a quiet back area.
Rude young lady at the front desk (2pm, 9/27/24, empty lobby). We asked what was available on the top floor, she said she couldn't tell us without a reservation. We said that we would take any type of room, as long as it was on the top floor, she stuck with you have to have a reservation before I can tell you.
Made no effort to help! Not exactly what we have come to expect from the Homewood family.

With all due respect I probably should have given the hotel a 3 1/2. Still it was more reasonably priced than a number of other hotels and you actually get 2 rooms, 2 TVs, a full sized fridge, stove, utensils, plates, etc. Was the bed the most comfortable? Perhaps not but it wasn’t horrible. The bathroom was ample sized and it was quiet. The hotel was located in a quiet area near a grocery and shopping. Of course its proximity to Franklin was a major factor. The breakfast was OK but not as good as a Hilton Garden Inn but much better than the Hampton Inn. The staff that greeted us were very nice, however, one night there was no one at the desk when we needed something. We went back twice. The hall carpets need to be replaced. They do nothing for the looks of this property. It’s also convenient to the interstate.

Unfortunately the only Hilton with the space I needed. #1, room check in time 2 hours late and the front desk treated me as the problem #2 HHonors members know that digital key is gold - this hotel basically can't or won't do it because checked again and they charged me twice the price hours later and I suppose thought I'd not notice #3 There are serious accounting and billing issues at the hotel and "manager" is never on site a d refuses to answer questions, and empowers her staff to be rude if you ask questions *video evidence available #4 Saw an actual cockroach in our bathroom this morning, no wonder I couldn't check in on time. How many may I have seen before? Save yourself and your family, do not stay here.

After driving 8 hours we arrived at this hotel only to be told that our room was "not ready" until after 4 pm?! ? We were exhausted but had no where to go so went out to drive around in the Nashville traffic. ): The hotel received its payment in an expeditious and convenient manner: secured online via credit card prior to our arrival. Unfortunately, we didn't get what we’d paid for in a similarly expeditious and convenient manner.
Hotels are in the business of hospitality, so why are these not more hospitable in facilitating a check-in ?

Just skip this hotel. It's very trashy. I was in two different rooms and both were gross. Both had notes about the toilet, that's pretty harsh. One room I got was supposed to have premium internet and snacks. I got the same Internet speed as I did the night before in a regular room, and my I have two snacks in my room! In the photos online it shows like 10 (I posted photos, can you tell which was mine?)?! Terrible stay. I will never come back to this hotel.
Best part about my stay was a young lady named Chris from the front desk. She is amazing.
