After visiting several assisted living facilities and having had my sister in 2 assisted living facilities, we finally found Pineapple House. We are satisfied with the care and attention she
is receiving from the entire staff.. From the doctor, who follows up on her condition, the nurses, who attend to all kinds of situations, the caregivers, who help her with all personal needs, the medical person who makes sure she doesn’t miss her meds, the cleaning lady and the laundry lady all work together. Everyone is pleasant and my sister says she likes it at Pineapple House and that is what truly counts.

We couldn't be more pleased with the respite care provided to our dad after a lengthy stay in skilled nursing. Tammy made the transition seamless. We felt very confident in dad's progress to return home. Would recommend highly to anyone needing the period of care to be sure their loved one is ready for independent living.

The Pineapple House has a great welcoming environment. The staff is kind, respectful, patient, and all around “good people.” It is also immaculately clean and well-maintained. Because it’s one two-story building backing up to Sapphire Lakes, it is surrounded by green space and feels friendlier than the large multi-story senior campuses that feel overwhelming. Overall, a very nice place to live.

Placing my mom in a memory care facility was one of the most difficult decisions I had to make. After viewing 11 facilities we decided to place her at The Pineapple House in Sapphire Lakes.
This facility is modern and bright and offers fun, interesting activities for the residents. Excellent management and an amazing staff that treat the residents with dignity, respect and love makes this place really special.
Many thanks to Sandra, the activities director who keeps everyone busy and happy, and special thanks to Tanya Kerr, the Memory Care Director whom keeps everything run perfectly. Tanya .. you are amazing !!!

What a wonderful place… after a not so great experience elsewhere, my aunt finally feels at home! The staff is wonderful, they have great events, beautiful and clean! And the food is truly amazing! Kudos to the chef!

Do NOT bring your loved one here, my husband was there for 3 days and I never once saw his caregiver, they plop the residents in main TV room. They promised me they could care for my husband’s needs which was false and then one day I witnessed by husband screaming with 4 caregivers cleaning him on the shower floor in a fetal position, yes he had an accident but I felt the water and was way to hot. I removed him that day and because they couldn’t care for his needs that they promised me they said I will get a refund for the rest of the month and after hiring attorneys, never got a refund. Horrible facility! He is in a new facility that is absolutely amazing.

This facility helped my friend more than words can express. She needed a loving touch and to live out her life bougie and in style. That she did. The staff were ALL so very wonderful to her. I’ll be forever grateful for them and the last 7 months of care their memory care unit provided. Naomi was a nurse I will always remember for her compassion and communication, because all thought it should be a given, not everyone has it. She did. Avow hospice came in and helped make the transition a peaceful and comfortable one. Forever grateful, The Baldwin family.
