In August 2022, during a challenging time when we were concerned about how best to support our father, he expressed his wish to remain in his Lubbock home rather than move into an assisted living facility.

With the assistance of SYNERGY HomeCare of Lubbock, Texas, Dad was able to live independently, as he desired, until September 2024, just shy of his 100th birthday.

The care provided by SYNERGY, especially by caregivers Trinity and Sabrina and the owner Amy Peck, truly exceeded our expectations. Their dedication to Dad's and his wife’s well-being was genuine, consistent, and excellent. We are deeply grateful.

Amy Peck and her staff are top notch! Her caregivers are so thorough and attentive to their patients that as an RN myself, I know I’m leaving my patients in the best hands when I leave the home. Amy goes above the required regulations for background checks and training and it definitely shows in the quality of care her caregivers provide. Amy’s honesty and integrity is like nothing in the field. If she has any concerns or hesitancies in staffing a certain job, she will notify families of this up front so there are no concerns down the road with caring for your loved one. Amy has been known to sit the hours herself if her assigned caregiver has a conflict so that the patients’ needs are met. As my parents needed more help, we began receiving services from Synergy Home Care. They provided help with chores, groceries and there was always kindness and respect. As their health declined and they were both on Hospice, they adjusted hours as needed. They made sure not to schedule hours when we just wanted time with family and friends. That was so thoughtful, but they had become part of our extended family. Our parents were able to stay in their home due to the increased hours of Synergy. They were there to support us when we lost our dad and then when we lost our Mom. I do not know what we would have done without them. Synergy Home Care will provide excellent care.
